-WDCR registered, open cow. Our current bull is one of hers so she is not able to be sold bred currently but is ready for your bull. The admins of this page requested that registered White Dexters be listed as grade/crosses, I’m a rule follower but want to clarify she is papered.
- Polled
- A2A2 (All calves will carry A2 milk type, which is often tolerated well by folks who think they are lactose intolerant, her heifers should make wonderful homestead milk cows candidates)
- E+E+ homozygous wild red, she can have black based calves with black based bulls but all her calves will carry wild red)
- Reliable breeder, calver, and attentive mother. Generally outproduces herself with beautiful correct calves, breeds back reliably and quickly
- PHA negative
- Chondro +
- Under 40” tall
- Shows clear signs of approaching labor for weeks prior to delivery
- She makes a generous supply of milk
- Grass-fed, will take treats, not overly flighty
- We kept one of her calves back to use as a bull as he was very nice. Only reason for selling is that we don’t have an unrelated or Chondro negative bull to breed her to and she recently lost her newborn calf to flash flooding, so she will be ready to breed back soon. When pastured with the bull in the past she has bred back within a month of calving before
**May trade to papered polled Dexter or White Dexter cows or heifers**
