We have a registered Dexter herd breeding toward triple purpose with both polled and horned stock. We do have a few un-registered cows retained for their excellent qualities and we have a HHCA registered Highland herd. We provide high quality, gentle breeding stock. We offer rare breed livestock (cattle, sheep goats, rabbits), as well as pasture-raised craft meats direct from farm and through retail spaces and restaurants. We hold on-farm homesteading workshops. We sell rabbit fertilizer products (fertilizer, wildflower seed bombs, etc.). We produce value add and Celtic themed prepared foods (e.g. frozen soups/casseroles such as shepherd’s pie, shortbread, Irish soda bread), and pet meat treats.
Farming practices: Regenerative, predator-friendly, energy-efficient, minimal/recyclable/compostable packaging, wetlands stewards; Large and medium livestock are pasture-raised, grass-fed, minimal social intervention in herds and flocks, no drugs beyond medically necessary precautions and treatments, no hormones.
